Those without access to a garden can still take part in Many Hands, by growing food & sharing the harvest at our lovely  GROFUN community allotment (plot), on Friday and Saturday afternoons, Mar-Sep 12-5pm. Please join the facebook group to keep up-dated on our 'Action Days' events. Members of Many Hands working towards earning their eight credits can come along to action days here in order to be awarded their own garden make-over. 

Members gets the chance to come to our practical Skill-Shops, seed & plant swaps and socials down on the plot. We plan to build a cob pizza oven this year and also have plans to obtain more land in the future for further collective food growing!


Our plot can be found at the end of Hopetoun Road in St Werburghs. Go past the Farm Pub on your left to the end of Hopetoun Road, turn left up the steep path (towards Ashley Down Road) and take the first right. Our plot is on the left, inside the green fence. There is a sign there.  Shout "hello" and someone will let you in. Dogs and children only by pre-arrangement (sorry, allotment rules mean we have to keep the gate locked).  Map of area.
